Class of 2013 basketball prospect Travis Jorgenson decommitted from Mizzou on Friday morning, according to Eric Bossi of Rivals.com.
Jorgenson committed to Mizzou over a year ago. The point guard is from Columbia, Mo. and chose to play at a New Hampshire prep school for his senior year.
Gabe DeArmond of Power Mizzou mentioned on Twitter that Jorgenson might just be opening up his options and could still sign with the Tigers. If not, the Tigers now have an open scholarship to go after a different player.
Jorgenson is a three-star point guard on Rivals and the Tigers already have a four-star point guard, Wesley Clark, committed in the class of 2013. Mizzou is still without a shooting guard or sharp shooter so the Tigers might address that position with their last scholarship.
