Photo: LSU Is Now Branding Itself As #RBU On Twitter
As we’ve noted in the past, it’s become a trend for college football schools to claim they specialize in a certain position group. But in the case of the LSU Tigers, it’s apparently two, not one. LSU, which has been pushing for the “DB U” title over the past few years, is now also trying to get in on the “RB U” conversation. The school’s running backs coach Frank Wilson tweeted out a graphic that the school put together to stake its claim.

While most college football fans may not immediately think of LSU when it comes to running backs, it’s not that far-fetched. In fact, in an article we put out just two months ago, we named the Tigers the best tailback program of the BCS era.
You can expect fans of schools like Auburn, Alabama, Arkansas, Ohio State and Miami (FL) to take exception to LSU’s claim.
