Photos: Kentucky Basketball Freshmen Try On Their Wildcats Uniforms For The First Time

John Calipari is pretty excited about his 2014-15 Kentucky men’s basketball team. Much of the optimism is due to the Wildcats returning a large portion of their key players from a season prior, but some of it stems from the recruiting class the 55-year-old coach brought to Lexington, Ky. Kentucky’s 2014 class ranked No. 2 in the country, according to 247Sports

The incoming freshmen are trying on their Kentucky uniforms for the first time today. 

Here’s Devin Booker, a 6-foot-5 five-star shooting guard:

And Karl Towns, a 6-foot-11 five-star center:

And Trey Lyles, a 6-foot-10 five-star power forward: 

And, finally, Tyler Ulis, a 5-foot-9 five-star point guard:

They certainly look good. Unfortunately for the rest of college basketball, they play quite well, too.
