Photo: Kentucky Sends Recruit 16-Piece Puzzle, Which Forms ESPN ’30 For 30′ Graphic
We’ve seen some creative recruiting tactics in college football, including programs sending hundreds of pieces of mail, painting personal portraits of players and dipping letters in gold. But what Kentucky sent offensive lineman commit Logan Stenberg is on another level. UK sent Stenberg 16 different pieces to a puzzle, which forms a graphic for an ESPN ’30 for 30′ film in his honor. The school claims that the “journey” will begin in August of 2015.

Stenberg is not listed on many recruiting sites, but at 6-foot-5, 315 pounds, he’s certainly worth a shot on. Head coach Mark Stoops may not yet have turned around things on the field, but he’s doing a great job on the recruiting trail. Will there eventually be a film on it? Probably not – but you never know.
