Nation’s Top Returning Scorer Antoine Mason Announces He’s Transferring To Auburn
Bruce Pearl is already making a major impact at Auburn. After getting former Marshall guard Kareem Canty to commit to the Tigers earlier this month, Pearl pulled in another major transfer in Niagara guard and the nation’s leading returning scorer, Antoine Mason. Mason — the son of former NBA All Star Anthony Mason — announced his decision to join the Tigers this morning on Twitter.

Mason averaged 25.6 points per game for Niagara last year, which was the second highest scoring output in America, behind only National Player of the Year Doug McDermott. He will be eligible to play immediately.
