Report: Alabama Is Considering Scheduling A Game With Cincinnati To Fill Schedule Void In ’15

The Alabama football program currently has a gap in its 2015 football schedule. The Crimson Tide open that season against Wisconsin in Dallas and will host Louisiana-Monroe in Bryant-Denny Stadium, but a third non-conference game is needed.

According to a report by Tom Groeschen of the Cincinnati Enquirer, Alabama and Cincinnati are discussing the possibility of scheduling a contest in 2015.

Cincinnati is coached by Tommy Tuberville, who previously led Alabama’s rival, Auburn. The Bearcats tentatively have their non-conference schedule set for 2015, with games against Alabama A&M, Miami (Fl.), Miami (OH) and Brigham Young.
