USC’s Twitter Account Confuses The School’s Colors, And Trojan Fans Are Furious

USC’s official Twitter account sent a tweet earlier promoting a Vine from First Lady Michelle Obama, imploring students to “share their school pride.” In its tweet, USC said that it is a good day to “wear a touch of crimson & gold.” One problem…crimson is certainly not a USC color. The university’s colors are cardinal and gold, and Trojan fans and alumni on Twitter are letting the school know it.




Strangely, instead of acknowledging the mistake to everyone, @USC is individually responding to people.

Well, at least the person in charge of the account definitely knows the difference between crimson and cardinal now.
