Video: Nerlens Noel Carried Off Court After Awful Knee Injury
Editor’s Update: The MRI results are in for Noel, and unfortunately, he has torn his ACL. We wish him the best in his recovery.
Earlier: Nerlens Noel, Kentucky’s superstar and one of the top NBA prospects in college basketball, went down hard after blocking a shot and running into the basket support with his left knee.
Noel started screaming as soon as he hit the ground and had to be carried off the court by his teammates.

And the Florida student behind is yelled ‘Karma is a b**ch No. 3′ multiple times while Noel was down.

There has been no word yet on the severity of the injury.
