Video: Fan Who Pushes UNLV Player Gets Punked, Then Ejected
College sports are made especially exciting because of the passion of the fans. But sometimes fans can go too far.
In yesterday’s UNLV-New Mexico game, UNLV’s Anthony Marshall’s momentum carried him into the stands as he attempted to chase down a loose ball out of bounds. As he was coming back onto the court, a fan — who was not wearing UNLV’s colors — shoved him completely unnecessarily.
Marshall naturally took offense to this and turned to the fan with quite a stare down. The fan immediately put up his hands in a “I messed up” fashion — he wanted no part of a brawl.
