Video: Duke’s Fans Tried To Rush The Court, Mike Krzyzewski Stopped Them
Somewhere along the line, the rules on court-storming changed. It used to be that huge wins by struggling programs ended with wild celebrations at mid-court. Now, if any team wins a big game, the fans at least try to rush.
The latest example? Duke. That’s right, Duke. The same school that won the NCAA title just a few years back. The same school that has the all-time winningest coach in history. You get the point.
After the Blue Devils’ five-point victory over rival North Carolina tonight, fans attempted to rush the court. Coach Krzyzewski had to stop them.
