Two Iowa State Students Tweeted Racial Slurs And Death Threats At Kansas And Elijah Johnson
We’ve got an ugly situation developing in the aftermath of Kansas’ come-from-behind victory over Iowa State last night. Unfortunately, the Cyclones fan who ran onto the court to confront Bill Self wasn’t the only ISU supporter to try to take a shot at the Jayhawks.
As Busted Coverage first reported, one student at the university tweeted numerous racial slurs at Kansas’ Elijah Johnson, while another suggested they take a loaded gun over to the KU bus. They’ve since deactivated their accounts, and there is no word from the school on potential punishment.
