Score: Syracuse 38, West Virginia 14
Star(s): Syracuse: Prince-Tyson Gulley (RB): 26 Car, 215 Yds, 3 Tot TD. Jerome Smith (RB): 29 Car, 158 Yds.
Story: The Orange ran all over the Mountaineers this afternoon, piling up 376 yards on the ground at a snowy Yankee Stadium, to win their second New Era Pinstripe Bowl in three years. The weather wasn’t great for passing in the final collegiate game for senior quarterbacks Geno Smith and Ryan Nassib, but both would finish off their careers with two touchdown performances. Prince-Tyson Gulley was the difference in this one. His 67 yard touchdown run in the third quarter broke the game open. Gulley finished with a game high 215 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
