PHOTOS: Homecoming Weekend at Temple

Temple University celebrated homecoming this past weekend. It kicked off with a pep rally on Liacouras walk on Friday evening, followed by some early tailgating action the next morning at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles’ parking lot, otherwise known as the “K Lot,” was filled with hundreds of Temple fans as early as 9 a.m.

The Owls took care of business on the field against South Florida, securing their first Big East win since 2004 on a blocked field goal during the waning moments of the fourth quarter. The crowd erupted knowing what was at stake. The win was the biggest of the Steve Addazio era. Rapper Big Sean finished off the festivities with a performance at the Liacouras Center on Saturday night.
