If Manti Te’o wins the Heisman, he can just add it to his growing list of accomplishments. You might not know this, but Te’o is an expert in something other than defensive playmaking; he is also an Eagle Scout. This is the highest order attainable by a Boy Scout, and the honor is only awarded after 21 merit badges are earned and an Eagle Scout board review is passed.
