Meet Samantha (Steele) Ponder, The Beautiful 26-Year-Old ESPN Anchor

Samantha Steele, ESPN's College GameDay replacement for Erin Andrews.
When Erin Andrews left for FOX, college sports fans were devastated.
Who could possibly replace the blonde bombshell who reported so eloquently from the sidelines and strutted her stuff so gracefully on Dancing With The Stars?
But fans have hardly been disappointed by her ESPN College GameDay replacement, 26-year-old Samantha Steele.
ESPN’s newest rising star is rapidly gaining popularity and getting hit on by students regularly.
We did some digging into her career and her interests outside of sports.
Here’s everything you could possibly want to know about Samantha Steele.

How old is Samantha Steele? Where is she from?
Samantha Steele is 26 years old. She’s from Phoenix, Arizona and she’s a Sagittarius.
Does Samantha Steele actually play sports?
Growing up, Steele played volleyball, softball, tennis, track and basketball for Central High School. Her dad was also a coach.

Samantha Steele is already getting a lot of love from college students.
How’d she land the ESPN College GameDay job?
Steele graduated in 2009 from Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia. There, she was a sideline reporter for the men’s football and basketball teams, as well as the women’s basketball team. She’d often host TV broadcasts.
Then she moved to New York and spent three years interning at ABC Sports Television and Radio, where she worked on the network’s Saturday College Football Studio show.
After her stint at ABC, Steele headed to FOX. She was a FOX College Sports sideline reporter, covering football and basketball games in the PAC-10 and Big 12.
ESPN hired her for its Longhorn Network and Steele made her way to Texas as one of its first three hires.
Now Steele is still a Longhorn Network reporter, but she’s taken on Erin Andrews’ position as the regular ESPNU co-host of College GameDay. She also covers ESPN’s Thursday Night Football with Jesse Palmer, David Pollack and Rece Davis.
Is Samantha Steele Single?
Sorry guys, she’s not, at least as-of July. She’s been tied to major league baseball player Drew Stubbs of the Cincinnati Reds. But she isn’t engaged or married, so maybe there’s still hope for you.
Now where are all the Samantha Steele photos, you ask?
