Marcus Jordan Postponing His Basketball Career At UCF

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Michael Jordan’s son Marcus has opted to sit out the coming basketball season at UCF. Jordan is still going to be taking classes at the university but has announced that his basketball career will no longer be his focus.
Aside from personal behavior problems (Jordan was charged this summer for resisting arrest), Jordan’s decision may have something to do with the fact that UCF has a post-season ban for the coming year. The ban comes after the school was found to have been violating some the NCAA’s recruiting guidelines.
