Kentucky Football Is Already Breaking Records
The tickets for the annual Blue vs. White Kentucky football spring scrimmage went on sale yesterday. Season ticket holders and students were able to reserve their seat for the scrimmage on April 13. The final report revealed “more than 27,000″ tickets were reserved, which surpasses the all-time spring scrimmage attendance record in UK football history.
Mark Stoops was named the head football coach at Kentucky this past offseason, and Big Blue Nation has never been this ready for football season – and March Madness hasn’t even started yet.
Coach Stoops has been highly active with the fans already, and program has been actively promoting the upcoming season.
Stoops has also been attending basketball games, and he even got to be the “Y” in the traditional spelling of Kentucky.
