Is the ACC the next conference to get raided? Inside MD Sports’ Jeff Ermann has tweeted that North Carolina has an offer to join the Big Ten. Of course, we have nothing official yet (and the only report is via Twitter), but it’s worth nothing that these guys were on point with the Maryland-to-the-Big-Ten rumors just a few months ago. Ermann also mentioned that UVA and Georgia Tech are “in the mix”.

Reports out of Maryland indicating the Big Ten has extended an invitation to UNC. Georgia Tech and Virginia also being discussed.
