“Gangnam Style” Video Finds Its Way Into College Football Thanks To Ohio University Band
Just as all the “Call Me Maybe” hype is calming down and the parody videos seem to be coming to an end, the world goes and gives us a dumber, catchier song. And we thought it wasn’t possible.
“Gangnam Style” is a single that was released by Korean music artist PSY. I’m pretty sure I watched it sometime during the summer and thought, “Okay…” But what do you know? A couple months later and that stupid song is approaching THREE HUNDRED MILLION YOUTUBE VIEWS. Do you know what’s worse? I love the song. I’ve practiced the dance several times. There’s just something about it…
This thing has caught on everywhere, and has now made found its way into college football. The Ohio University band, which is known as “The Most Exciting Band in the Land”, performed the song and the dance, because you can’t have one without the other.
