Video: Notre Dame Coaches Read Their Players’ Tweets, And It Is As Awkward As You Would Imagine

Athletic department award ceremonies have become the norm for many colleges, and with them come some great viral videos. Notre Dame held its O.S.C.A.R.S. (Outstanding Students Celebrating Achievements & Recognitions Showcase) last night, which featured a clip of athletic director Jack Swarbrick and various Irish coaches reading their players’ tweets aloud. While they don’t choose anything overly¬†lascivious, it is pretty clear that the coaches aren’t sure what is going on. It is delightful. We only wish Brian Kelly would have volunteered.

Come for the awkwardness, stay for Swarbrick saying “Ay Bay Bay.”
