Video: Southern Miss Hits Buzzer-Beater Layup To Force Overtime With Memphis

March Madness is in full swing right now, and no game demonstrated that more than the Memphis-Southern Miss Conference USA title game. The two teams battled back and forth in a game that had fifteen lead-changes in regulation, and one spectacular buzzer-beater.

Memphis was up two points with an upcoming foul shot with 4.4 seconds left to play. However, when the free throw rimmed out, Southern Miss guard Neil Watson took off and went coast-to-coast for a game-tying layup that sent the game to overtime. Memphis ended up pulling away in double-overtime to with the Conference USA Tournament.
