Navy Fans Can Play Rock-Paper-Scissors With Bill The Goat Mascot Before Boston Game, Get Free Admission If They Win
It’s been a rough season on the hardwood so far for Navy — the Midshipmen sport a 7-12 record on the year, and are off to a dismal start to conference play with a 2-6 record in the Patriot League. Attendance at Alumni Hall has been suffering as a result, and the school is looking for ways to fill the stands. Coming to the rescue next week, a fun Rock-Paper-Scissors promotion will be held which will give the fans an opportunity to get in free. Per a release:
All fans who arrive at Alumni Hall between 6:15 PM and 6:45 PM can take on Bill the Goat in one round of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Fans who beat Bill will receive FREE admission to the game. Fans who lose to Bill, will have to pay for a full-priced ticket. Full priced tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for youth (ages 18 and under). If you beat Bill and you already have a ticket for Wednesday’s game, you will receive a voucher for free admission to a future, regular season game.
And in case you live under, well, a rock:
Rock, Paper, Scissors is a hand game played between two people, where players simultaneously form one of three shapes with an outstretched hand. The rock beats scissors, the scissors beat paper and the paper beats rock. If both players throw the same shape, the game is replayed.

It remains to be seen if Bill is better at Rock-Paper-Scissors than Navy is at basketball.
