City Of Fort Myers’ Website Now Displays “#DunkCity Florida” As Location

Everyone wants a piece of the madness. Florida Gulf Coast University has taken the college basketball world by storm, becoming the first 15-seed to ever reach the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. The Eagles have knocked off Georgetown and San Diego State en route to a highly anticipated matchup with SEC powerhouse and in-state foe Florida this upcoming Friday.

Along the way, many of FGCU’s dunks have gone viral, including Chase Fieler’s monster slam against the Hoyas and Eric McKnight’s wind-up alley oop jam against the Aztecs. To celebrate the newfound #DunkCity madness, we’ve already seen a music video made in their honor. Now, we’ve got the city of Fort Myers updating its website to remind us of exactly where FGCU is located.
