How do you make a list like this and not include Oregon, which built an entire program around uniforms? And Nebraska is on here? The Cornhuskers may have some of the worst unis in sports.
Northwestern should have been on this list – it has new uniforms for the 2012 season. At least they didn’t include Iowa State.
