Penn State To Add Names And Ribbons To Football Jerseys
The Penn State players that have decided to stay at the university and finish their playing days in blue and white have shown incredible loyalty to their school and commitment to the program. The school and athletic department will now show their gratitude for that loyalty.
CBSSports is reporting that for the first time ever, the last names of players will be added to the back of their playing jerseys. Additionally, the team unanimously approved a proposal to add the blue ribbon logo that represents child-abuse awareness to the jerseys.
An all-around great move by Penn State.
