Penn State’s Allen Robinson Thanks Teammates, Coaches On Twitter After Declaring For NFL Draft

Penn State wide receiver Allen Robinson was one of many notable college players to declare for the NFL draft Thursday, forgoing his senior season in Happy Valley. Robinson took to Twitter today to thank his teammates and coaches.

Robinson finished his impressive junior campaign with 97 catches for 1,432 yards and six touchdowns. He finished 11th in the nation in receptions and third in yards, and topped the Big Ten in both categories. The Sporting News named Robinson a first team All-American this season.

CBS Sports’ current mock drafts have Robinson being selected towards the end of the first round.
