Video: Ohio State Marching Band Forms T-Rex, Eats Man Wearing Devin Gardner Jersey

The Ohio State marching band bears the nickname “The Best Damn Band In The Land” for a reason. The band has already produced some amazing halftime shows this season — last weekend, members formed a giant Michael Jackson and moonwalked across the field, and earlier this year, the Buckeyes trolled rival Michigan with an “Are You Smarter Than A Wolverine?” skit as well.

Tonight against Penn State, TBDBITL decided go after Michigan yet again. The band assumed the shape of a tyrannosaurus rex and ate a man that was conveniently wearing a Devin Gardner jersey. The T-Rex also made sure to spit out the helmet afterward, so it didn’t choke.

Oh, you thought that was it? Nope, the band also put on a Pirates of the Caribbean-style battle, and sank a ship flying the Michigan flag. These scenes were all part of Ohio State’s ‘Hollywood Blockbuster’ theme: Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Superman were just a few of the films referenced

Here’s video of the entire show (the Michigan trolling begins around the 6:30 mark):

Michigan mocked OSU’s band a few weeks back by forming a script “OH NO” at halftime — it will be interesting to see if the Wolverines fire back next week.
