Michigan had just blown a 15-point lead to No. 3 Wisconsin on the road down the stretch. But Wolverines sharpshooter Nik Stauskas made one great play and staved off a Badgers team that, until that point, had all of the momentum on its side.
With Michigan clinging to a one-point lead, Stauskas nailed a nasty step-back 3-pointer with 48 seconds to play. The shot essentially won the game for the Wolverines, who are now 5-0 in the Big Ten after a less-than-stellar set of non-conference results. Wisconsin, after winning its first 16 games, has now dropped two in a row.
