Photo: Devin Gardner Shows Off Michigan’s New Uniform Under The Lights At Michigan Stadium

The Michigan football team will be wearing new uniforms for one game this season. The Wolverines will wear an alternate “Go Blue” uniform for their “Under the Lights” contest against Penn State Oct. 7.

The uniform features a blue jersey and blue pants to go with the Wolverines’ traditional helmet. The TECHFIT design utilizes striped numbers that should show well for the night contest.

Here’s how they’ll actually look on the players. Senior quarterback Devin Gardner posed in his team’s new digs under the lights at Michigan Stadium.

The uniforms were criticized by some when initially released, but they look pretty good on Gardner.

Michigan’s Oct. 7 contest against Penn State kicks off at 7 p.m. E.T. The game will be broadcast nationally by ESPN.
