Apparently it was a hit.
In April, Syracuse and San Diego State announced they’d be playing in the “Battle of the Midway” aboard the USS Midway Museum. Just a few weeks ago, Florida and Georgetown agreed to play on a naval ship. Ohio State and Marquette have also set a date to do the same. Now, Michigan State and UConn have announced that they’ll be playing at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany on opening night for the 2012-2013 season.
All four of these games take place on November 9th. It’s a Friday. Request a vacation day immediately.
