The Red Cross Owned Alabama With An Amazing Tweet After The Sugar Bowl

While the Oklahoma Sooners were elated following their 45-31 victory over Alabama in the Allstate Sugar Bowl, there was a polar opposite feeling coming from the Crimson Tide. The season that begin with national title aspirations for the Tide ended with neither an appearance in the game nor a bowl win, and a dominant senior class was left with a sour taste in its mouth on its last go-around.

After the game, even the Red Cross was concerned about the Alabama players, sort of. The disaster relief organization’s Oklahoma chapter had been live-tweeting the entire Sugar Bowl, but fired off an amazing jab at Alabama following the Sooners’ win:

Game, set, match — you win, Red Cross. And even though the organization knew how spectacular the tweet was, and others that were made, it made sure to clarify that they were all in jest:
