Video: Ugandan Schoolchildren Do An Awesome Rock Chalk Jayhawk Chant

Basketball is slowly becoming a game without borders. Some of the game’s international stars at the NBA and collegiate levels have made it a huge sport all over the world. The power of the game on a worldwide stage was evident in an awesome video that’s making its way around the Internet today. In the video, a large group of schoolchildren from Nakivumbi, Uganda┬ádo the famous Kansas “Rock Chalk Jayhawk” chant.

According to a press release by KU Alumni Association, this is the work of two Lawrence natives who currently live in Uganda named Cliff and Julie Pash. Every year, the two host several Kansas students who assist in their ministry work, and in this case, one of the students led the children in the chant. This is one of the coolest videos you’ll watch today.
