The annual Jim Calhoun Charity All-Star Game is taking place this evening. Various members of past UConn teams, including Ray Allen, Shabazz Napier, and Kemba Walker, are expected to play in the event, which starts at 7:30 p.m. E.T. at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Walker, who won a national title with the Huskies in 2011, will be wearing special UConn- themed Under Armour shoes during the contest.

The game has been played since 1999, and over that time, it’s raised more than $6.5 million for cardiology research.
If the contest is close in the waning seconds, who’s taking the final shot? Allen, Napier, and Walker all seem to have the clutch gene.
